Treasure Rod recipe unlocks after 45 Angler's Trust quests

The Treasure Rod is a fishing rod that becomes craftable from the Angler in the Third Sea after completing 45 Angler's Trust quests and attaining fishing level 65. Required materials are Mirror Fractal, Leviathan Scales, and Fool's Gold.
It is the only rod that provides an extra three sunken chests per day and is needed to finish the highest‑level quest in the game.
