Tiki Outpost: Hub for Sanguine Art, Leviathan and Submerged Island
2026-10-05
The Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea is used to unlock Sanguine Art, summon the Leviathan, and access Submerged Island. It also hosts various NPC roles such as Beast Hunter, Boat Dealer, Dragon Talon Sage, and others.
Interacting with the Spy NPC is required to summon the Leviathan. After completing 15‑20 Sea Events, players can bribe the Spy for a clue and trigger the Leviathan spawn by having the Spy announce the required phrase.
