Spike fruit reworked and removed from cheapest stock list

Spike is no longer stocked alongside Bomb as one of the two cheapest fruits; Rocket and Spin now occupy that slot. The change reflects a recent adjustment to the fruit market.
Before Update 17.3 Spike had only two moves. After the rework it gained additional abilities, including the ability to jump during its move (though double jump and Air Jump remain unavailable).
