Skylands Introduced: Cloud Islands with Mad Scientist NPC

The Skylands begin at sea level with a crescent‑shaped, grass‑covered island that includes two large rocks; one rock hosts the Mad Scientist who sells the Electric fighting style. A small lake fed by a waterfall from higher islands contains a mini wharf with three NPCs: Angler, Luxury Boat Dealer, and Boat Dealer.
The second island rises above sea level onto a cloud and is populated by Sky Bandits, marking the first fully aerial island in the region.
