Mirage Island event spawns in Sea Danger Level 2-6

Mirage Island is a special sea event that hosts the Advanced Fruit Dealer and the Blue Gear for Race Awakening. It can only spawn in the Third Sea when a player sails a boat in Sea Danger Level 2‑6, with no cooldown between spawns.
The island will despawn after 15 minutes, if the spawning player moves away, dies, or disconnects. Each member of a Sea Exploration Group slightly raises the chance of an appearance, but the overall probability remains low.
