Fire Flower material spawns after Draco Race V2 quest

After completing the Draco Race V2 quest from Dragon Wizard, a Fire Flower has a chance to spawn on the ground when enemies are killed. The flower does not automatically go to the hot bar; players must locate and pick it up to add it to their inventory.
A cooldown of 5 to 15 minutes begins after a flower spawns, during which no new flowers will appear. The cooldown can be reset by shutting down a private server and rejoining, or by server hopping; rejoining the same server with other players present does not reset it. Grinding Mythological Pirates, Fishman Raiders, Fishman Captains, or Forest enemies is recommended for increased spawn chances.
