2026-10-10
The Angler NPC can be found at the lower docks of Skylands in the First Sea, the Green Zone dock (Dock 3) in the Second Sea, and near the river on Hydra Island in the Third Sea. Players must have at least Fishing level 20 to engage with the Angler.
Interacting with the Angler offers three dialogue options, including a "Quest" option that raises the player's trust level by one upon completion. The NPC also provides four craftable fishing rods.
