Ancient One NPC provides Gears for Race V4 at Temple of Time
2026-10-05
The Ancient One, also called Red Head Essence, can be found near the bookshelf and the Ancient Clock in the Temple of Time. Players reach the temple by speaking to the Mysterious Force NPC atop the Great Tree and pulling the lever to enter the Trial Rooms.
Interacting with the Ancient One yields Gears needed for Race V4 abilities. The temple includes four trials with specific time limits in V4: Trial 1 – 3 minutes, Trial 2 – 5 minutes, Trial 3 – three 5‑minute training levels, and Trial 4 – five training levels ranging from 5 to 9 minutes. Upgrading a race resets training progress.
